To successfully release unwanted weight, you have to be willing to change! This means a commitment to choosing to function differently. When you function differently, you operate as a different person. You become a person who looks at living and being healthy as being more important than the next thing you can stuff in your mouth. You begin to make conscious changes in the choices you make; planning ahead to ensure that when you are hungry, that you have good, wholesome, nutritious foods available to you.
It’s making the choice to exercise your body regularly. We have “use it or lose it” bodies. If you body doesn’t know that it’s needed, then it begins to shut down. Exercising regularly lets your body know that it is important. And, exercise doesn’t have to be in a gym; it can be walking, riding a bicycle, taking a hike, dancing, etc. It is only limited by your imagination.
Good nutrition and a healthy body is a matter of choice. If you have watched “Biggest Loser”, they all made a choice that it was more important to become lighter than it was to continue eating and functioning in ways that were going to ultimately put their health at risk.
You do have a choice and hypnosis can help. Oh, by the way, we get what we focus on! If you are focusing on losing weight, remember that we are programmed to find what we lose! Think back when you were a child and you couldn’t find one of your toys. If you went to your parents, the first thing out of their mouth would be “you lost it, now go find it.” Focus on being lighter and releasing the unwanted extra pounds. Focus on being healthy.
